Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on a construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is completed on time and according to specifications.
- Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and construction workers.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce and promote safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in workmanship or materials.
- Project Coordination:
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project goals are met.
- Update project progress and report any issues or delays to senior management.
- Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and site records.
