Job Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role involves managing processes, leading teams, and implementing strategies to optimize operations and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, including setting performance objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Process Improvement:

- Project Management:

- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and addressing customer concerns or complaints.

- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in operational and project management software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite).
